Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your PicTalk.ai account and its associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

• Open the PicTalk app and go to Settings.
• Tap Delete Account and confirm.
• Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. This is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, email us at admin@pictalk.ai from your registered account email with:

• Your registered email address.
• Subject line: Account Deletion Request.
• Optional details to help identify the account quickly.

What We Delete

• Account profile data (name, email, and profile details).
• Connected sign-in identifiers (such as your Google sign-in) associated with your account.
• User-generated and uploaded content where legally and technically applicable.

What May Be Retained

We may retain a limited subset of data where a longer retention period is required by law, for fraud prevention, dispute handling, billing/tax records, or legitimate security reasons.

Processing Time

In-app deletions take effect immediately. Verified email requests are processed within 30 days.
